The PANNZ Performing Arts Market is New Zealand’s sole marketplace for the promotion of professional tour ready dance, theatre and music productions. It is also an important forum for connecting artists and presenters, debating the issues facing our industry and building capacity within our sector.

PANNZ is attended by festival directors, venue managers, artists, producers and industry stakeholders. The Market offers a professional but relaxed environment. Programme highlights include:

Pitch Sessions
Artist/Producers have 10 minutes to profile their work with audio visual support. This is a curated programme of tour ready work decided by selection panel.

Breakfast of Bright Ideas          
An opportunity for artists to introduce a new concept or work in development to a wider group. Presenters may identify projects to champion or just enjoy a fun and creative start to their day. Length of presentations will be 2 – 4 mins pending the number of submissions

Exhibition
Artist/Producers and Industry Organisations have the opportunity to showcase themselves on display tables and boards. Market catering is served in the Exhibition space ensuring high visibility of this area.

Workshops   
PANNZ includes a workshop programme (some of which will take place on the PANNZ Industry Day) to share knowledge, diversify skills and build capability of the sector.
