About this policy
This policy governs the publication of privacy of our audiences and employees/contractors of PANNZ INC (which incorporates the annual Arts Market and Tour-Makers). This policy is in addition to and complements any existing or future policies regarding the use of technology, computers, e-mail and the Internet.
Definition of Privacy
PANNZ protects the personal details in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
Primarily information shall not be collected unless it is collected for lawful purposes connected for an activity of PANNZ, and that information is necessary for that purpose.
Our privacy statement, which is published on our website outlines how we collect data, and what we do with the personal information we collect.
We collect personal information when an audience member purchases a ticket or sign up for e-newsletters via either our website, or the website, call centre or box office of the organisation contracted to sell our tickets.
This is stored in our customer relationship management database.
We do not store/collect credit card details.
Anyone can browse our website anonymously.
We analyse non-identifiable web traffic data for statistical purposes, but we do not personally identify users.
We do not trade, sell or rent personal information about our audiences to or with third parties.
We will contact our audiences by email only if you have given express permission to hear from us via our website registration form, in accordance with Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act.
Similarly, email details will not be passed on to any third party hirers without express permission via our website registration.

Our audiences have the right to access and correct their personal information and privacy preferences at any time.
